All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, shipment may be delayed by a few additional days. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Customs, Duties & Taxes

VAVO® Jewelry is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs delays may affect delivery times.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, if available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

VAVO® Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.
